CAN I BRING MY OWN CLUBS?
Yes, we encourage players to bring their own clubs. Clean clubs will provide a better Simulator experience.

DO I USE YOUR GOLF BALLS OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
Players must use our regulation Callaway golf balls for the system to accurately compute ball speed, spin axis, backspin rpm, and side spin rpm.  No outside balls are allowed to be brought in for use on the Simulators.

CAN I USE MY OWN TEES?
Our playing surface has an adjustable tee already installed. Players can adjust the height of the tee to suit their needs for their drivers and irons.  No outside tees are allowed to be brought in for use on the Simulators.

CAN I WEAR OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR IN THE FACILITY?
Outdoor golf footwear with spikes is NOT allowed in the facility. Players must bring a clean pair of Spikeless / Turf golf shoes or running shoes.

DO YOU HAVE CLUB RENTAL AVAILABLE AS WELL?
We do have individual clubs to use if needed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLAY 18 HOLES ON ONE OF YOUR SIMULATORS?
It takes approximately one hour for an individual player to play 18 holes. So, if you have more than one player you would need to book an additional hour for each player in your group. For example, a foursome would normally book four hours of playing time.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A TEE TIME?
Just like at your favorite golf course, we tend to be busier evenings and weekends. We recommend booking your tee time 5-7 days in advance.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE TO PLAY A ROUND OF GOLF?
We have an hourly rate available for players. We don’t charge on a per-person basis and we don’t have an additional fee if you do have several players in the group. Rates are based strictly on the number of hours that you reserve the Simulator for.

DO I PAY FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT I RESERVED OR ONLY THE TIME THAT I USE?
Since most tee times are in big demand and to discourage people from booking longer sessions than required, players will be charged for the time that was reserved, regardless of the actual time used. To not be charged you must call at least 24 hours in advance to change or reschedule your reservation.

IS THE FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR FULL FACILITY RENTALS?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE to CANCEL A TEE TIME?
We ask that players provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a tee time.  There are No Refunds. We will provide Golf Simulator Time Credit Only.

DO I NEED TO ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY?
The player should arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to provide you with enough time to get ready for your tee time. We want all players to be able to get their round started on time to complete it.

DO YOU HAVE A SELECTION OF ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
No food or beverages are allowed to be brought in. 

CAN CHILDREN USE THE  INDOOR GOLF SIMULATORS AS WELL?
Children under the age of 16 can use our simulators, however, we ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PLEASE NOTE:
• We are not responsible for any equipment or personal belonging left behind.
• Any clubs left behind will be a storage fee of $25 per day.
